Mirror Text Generator

Transform regular text with the Mirror Text Generator using copyable Unicode characters for profiles, posts and messages.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to a server.

What this generator does

Create a mirror-like text approximation in two steps: map supported ASCII letters, digits, and selected punctuation to visually reversed Unicode lookalikes, then reverse the entire sequence by Unicode code point. Thus `abc?` becomes `⸮ɔdɒ`. The mapping is handcrafted and approximate; unsupported accents, emoji, combining marks, and scripts pass through but still change position during reversal. It does not render an image, reflect glyph geometry, or preserve grapheme clusters and bidirectional layout perfectly. Preview and copy happen locally, and the result should be checked in the exact font and app where it will appear.

How to use it

Type or paste text into the Mirror Text Generator box; the result appears instantly and a copy button sends it straight to your clipboard.

Compatibility

The result is plain Unicode text, so its shape depends on the destination's font — most current apps render it fine, but very old software can show empty boxes.

Before posting

Some platforms count these characters differently toward length limits than plain ASCII, and a few spam filters flag unusual Unicode more readily — preview the result first.

Safe review

Read the output before publishing it and keep the plain original text handy in case a platform strips or mis-renders the styled version.

Other styles

If Mirror Text Generator isn't quite the look you want, this collection also has the Squared Text Generator and Upside Down Text Generator for the same input.

Privacy

Every conversion happens locally in your browser; the text you type is never uploaded, logged, or stored by this tool.
