Circled Text Generator

Transform regular text with the Circled Text Generator using copyable Unicode characters for profiles, posts and messages.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to a server.

What this generator does

Replace ASCII uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and digits with their separate circled Unicode counterparts while keeping the original character order and case distinction. For example, `Circle 20` becomes `Ⓒⓘⓡⓒⓛⓔ ②⓪`; spaces, punctuation, accents, emoji, and scripts outside the mapping remain unchanged. Unlike the Bubble mode, this Circled mode does not uppercase the input or use dark negative-squared symbols. The result is copyable Unicode text rather than an image or CSS decoration, so rendering, search, screen-reader output, and character limits depend on the destination. Processing stays local in the browser.

How to use it

Type or paste text into the Circled Text Generator box; the result appears instantly and a copy button sends it straight to your clipboard.

Compatibility

The result is plain Unicode text, so its shape depends on the destination's font — most current apps render it fine, but very old software can show empty boxes.

Before posting

Some platforms count these characters differently toward length limits than plain ASCII, and a few spam filters flag unusual Unicode more readily — preview the result first.

Safe review

Read the output before publishing it and keep the plain original text handy in case a platform strips or mis-renders the styled version.

Other styles

If Circled Text Generator isn't quite the look you want, this collection also has the Double Struck Text Generator and Squared Text Generator for the same input.

Privacy

Every conversion happens locally in your browser; the text you type is never uploaded, logged, or stored by this tool.
