Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-16
This policy describes the data practices of Quiklio. It reflects the product's current implementation and must be reviewed whenever analytics, advertising, accounts, or server-side tools change.
Tool inputs
Most tools run entirely in your browser. Text, images, PDFs, and other inputs used by client-side tools are not uploaded to Quiklio. A tool page identifies browser-side processing where applicable.
Server-side tools, currently including Website Analyzer, send the URL or input required to perform the requested operation. Do not submit secrets or personal data that are unnecessary for the task.
Technical data and storage
Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP address, request time, requested path, user agent, and error information to deliver the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. Quiklio does not currently provide public accounts or sell personal information.
Quiklio also records a usage event each time a tool page is visited: which tool and locale were viewed, the visitor's IP address, an approximate country derived from that IP, a coarse device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop), the referring site's domain (not the full URL), and the time of the visit. This is used to understand which tools are used and from where, and to help detect abuse. These events are not linked to a cookie, account, or any other cross-site identifier, and are retained only as long as needed for these purposes; use the Contact page to request deletion.
The public site does not currently set first-party preference cookies. A session cookie is used only for the restricted administrator area. Individual browser tools may hold entered data in memory for the current page session.
Advertising and consent
Advertising is disabled until the canonical production site, an approved AdSense account, and a Google-certified consent management platform are configured. When enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or local storage and process device or interaction data according to the consent choices presented to you.
For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, advertising must use a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. A privacy-choice link will be provided when that account-specific message is activated.
Retention, rights, and contact
Operational logs should be retained only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data.
Use the Contact page for privacy requests. The private contact address and operator identity must be configured before advertising is enabled.
