Fancy Text Generator

Transform regular text with the Fancy Text Generator using copyable Unicode characters for profiles, posts and messages.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to a server.

What this generator does

Map ASCII A–Z and a–z to bold italic Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols for a slanted decorative result that can be copied as text. For example, `Fancy 20` becomes `𝑭𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒚 20`; digits, spaces, punctuation, accents, emoji, and unsupported scripts stay unchanged because this mode supplies only letter mappings. The output uses distinct Unicode code points rather than applying a font, CSS, or rich-text style. Rendering, search, accessibility, moderation, and character-count behavior can therefore vary by app and font. Conversion happens locally, and the toolbar lets you compare another style before copying.

How to use it

Type or paste text into the Fancy Text Generator box; the result appears instantly and a copy button sends it straight to your clipboard.

Compatibility

The result is plain Unicode text, so its shape depends on the destination's font — most current apps render it fine, but very old software can show empty boxes.

Before posting

Some platforms count these characters differently toward length limits than plain ASCII, and a few spam filters flag unusual Unicode more readily — preview the result first.

Safe review

Read the output before publishing it and keep the plain original text handy in case a platform strips or mis-renders the styled version.

Other styles

If Fancy Text Generator isn't quite the look you want, this collection also has the Wide Text Generator and Gothic Text Generator for the same input.

Privacy

Every conversion happens locally in your browser; the text you type is never uploaded, logged, or stored by this tool.
